When it came time to sell our mother’s house in Heritage Harbor, all her neighbors suggested we use Academy Realty. “They are the best!” we heard over and over again. Well our experience with Academy was certainly no different. My brother and I both live out of state, so not only did Jack Papaleonti and his team stay in constant contact with us, but they helped coordinate some minor repairs that needed to be done to the house, put us in touch with a very professional estate sale company (Searching For Treasures), and provided us referrals for a top-notch moving company (Office Movers Express) with experience handling art pieces that made having to move out of the house a very pleasant and expedient experience. Academy Realty is a well-established and responsible realtor, but their responsiveness, professional service and friendliness of the staff made our experience that much better. No question went unanswered, no request went unfulfilled, no issue went unresolved. We are sorry we only had the one house to sell with Academy Realty. It would be a pleasure to work with them again.
